On April 16, the mobilization meeting for the construction of city exhibition garden of Nanyang Chinese Rose Park of 2019 WFRS Regional Convention has been held. Wang Zhihui, vice secretary of municipal Party committee and Xie Songmin, vice Mayor of Nanyang attended the conference.

In order to enrich the content of construction and improve the quality of construction, our city decided to set up a special area in the Nanyang Chinese Rose Garden and arrange the cities and counties to establish an city outdoor garden specialized in the Chinese rose cultivation, landscaping, and cultural display and integrating historical cultures and era characteristics, such as the Chu-Han culture and the South-North Water Transfer Ecological Culture to centrally display the most elite, most characteristic and most representative development achievements and concepts of garden and flower industry in the counties and city.

On the meeting, it is pointed out that it is the golden season for planting roses at present. The relevant departments at all levels must take the spirit of storming fortifications to boost their enthusiasm, pressurize and increase their responsibilities, tighten their nodes, focus on the cohesion, and push forward strongly to ensure the successful completion of various tasks of the exhibition garden construction. We must offer meticulous design, highlight features and create quality products, and spare no effort to plan, construct, and manage outdoor exhibition parks well to ensure the full display of the development level of garden flower industry, regional cultural features, and the image of urban development. All of these actions are helpful for adding luster to the success of 2019 WFRS Regional Convention and creating permanent sightseeing and recreation parks for Nanyang residents.
